Yes, virtual sessions are available in the state of TN. Sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.

Individual Therapy (50 min): $165/ session - longer sessions are available for EMDR processing as necessary.

Initial Intake Session (60 min): $200

Group Therapy (90 min): $75/ session

Intensives (4-6 hour): $150/ hour

Consultation (50 min): $85

60-minute speaking engagement: $200

90-minute speaking engagement: $300

I do not accept insurance at this time; however, I can provide a superbill if your insurance company will reimburse for out of network costs.

Therapy with me is creative and collaborative not one-size-fits-all led by the “expert” in the room. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and that the building of trust and rapport and a safe relationship are what heals. Within this safe base, we are able to connect with our bodies and emotions and begin to rewire our nervous systems and process traumatic experiences. You have to feel to heal, and I will walk with you as you begin your process of unburdening.

The initial intake process includes the first 60-minute session as well as the following few sessions. As I get to know your unique needs, we can collaboratively create a plan to work towards your therapeutic goals as well as make decisions about what frequency of sessions feels appropriate, which modalities/interventions may be used, etc.

Due to licensing laws, I can only see clients who reside in the state of Tennessee (License #5801).
